In Hatha Yoga classes students are guided through a series of traditional Hatha Yoga asanas sequenced around a specific goal, such as improving balance, opening the hips, releasing tension in the neck, back or shoulders.
Zsófia pleaces a lot of emphasis on transitions and correct alignment in each pose. Breath guides each movement, while focusing on the state of mind and body.
Students practice directing their attention to specific areas of the body, tuning in with their breath and being present.
Hatha Yoga classes are 60 minute long with a short meditation, followed by Sun Salutations. The practice ends with a well-deserved savasana.
In a Vinyasa Style Yoga class students move through a series of asanas with fluidity. The postures include a greater variety as well as asanas outside of the scope of traditional Hatha Yoga poses.
Sequences are designed with a specific theme in mind such as inspiration, cleaning, heart or hip opening.
Zsófia guides students through the class offering lots of cues regarding the anatomy of asanas and correct posture.
Students will gain flexibility and strength, and improve their balance, and most importantly master their mind by using conscious breathing throughout the flow.
